Now is the opportunity to make use of all those dried fruits and nuts lurking at the back of your cupboards in order to create a delicious home made cereal.


  • 180gms hard pears & eating apples, diced into small cubes.
  • 2 tsp of 2 of your favourite spices, ginger/cinnamon/nutmeg
  • 50gms shelled hazelnuts
  • 50gms flaked almonds
  • 200gms rolled oats
  • 30gms light soft brown sugar
  • 40gms sultanas
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 80gms Bramley apple unsweetened sauce
  • Pinch of salt.
