The apple season is well and truly upon us.  This delicious pudding would serve as a weeknight treat or equally as something more sophisticated as part of a special meal.  Serve with custard, cream, or just on its own!


  • 6 eating apples

  • 60mls water

  • 150gms caster sugar

  • 100gms butter

  • 12 hole muffin tray

    Cake batter:

  • 100gms margarine

  • 100gms caster sugar

  • 2 large eggs 

  • 100gms Self Raising flour
